PDG worked with Homes by Towne on a model home in their 1st phase of The Preserve in Burleson, Texas back in 2016 and when the 2nd phase of the planned community was ready for a model we were excited to work with them again.
This model is a single story, 4-bedroom home with a sales office and specification studio. The community is in the growing city of Burleston, just south of Fort Worth Texas. It is adjacent to a gorgeous lake, woods, and rolling hills. It is perfect spot for those who want a quiet retreat while being close to the hustle and bustle of city life.
For a model home to be successful it needs to do 2 things : It needs to evoke emotion and tell the story of the potential family that lives there, and project a feeling of comfort and home while giving inspiration to a prospective home buyer by showing them what their own home could look like. We went with clean lines and an understated nod to Texas modern design. Stone elements, light woods, and leathers are the highlights of this single-family home. The palette was kept light and airy with highlights of deep emerald, green. We incorporated a standard finish package in some areas while showcasing upgraded fixtures and finishes so the potential resident could see what is possible in their own home. The furnishings in this home are timeless and work cohesively with the finishes to capture the essence of luxurious Texas living.
