Park 5940 MD: Gables Residential

Situated in the heart of the Medical District, Park 5940 MD is within walking distance of UT Southwestern and Parkland Hospital. The 24 hour 6,000 Sq ft. resident lounge received a facelift along with the 2 resort style pools, and the model. A burnt orange, blush, and grey color palette was used in the clubhouse, and we mirrored the same palette in the pool to create a cohesive transition to the outside spaces.
