Haute Couture: Villa Rosa Model Phase 2:
A Gables Community

Gables Villa Rosa is a multifamily housing community in the heart of the Uptown/Turtlecreek Area of Dallas. This is Gables Residential’s flagship property, and the architecture is inspired by the Hotel Galvez, a historic hotel located in Galveston Texas. This is the 2nd series of models we have completed for Villa Rosa.

A unit upgrade was also done at this time incorporating new cabinets, countertops and backsplash in the eat in kitchens. This area of town is lined with upscale dining and shopping, and we wanted to give this model a sophisticated Uptown designer feel. Contrasting black and white can be very dramatic and the added splash of Forest Green gives this model a sophisticated sense of class and style.
