Burrough Mills: Lincoln Property Company

Burrough’s Mill is located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey and is minutes from Philadelphia. The clubhouse, leasing office, and fitness center received a full renovation. We opened up walls, repurposed underutilized spaces and created a new business center in the clubroom. A new children’s play area was made in the fitness center complete with a treehouse and slide. The property amenities include a resort pool with hot tub, large fitness center with sauna and showers, dog park, putting green, grilling stations, tennis and pickleball courts, and playground.
