The Process
We do this by collaborating with all necessary trades to provide a cohesive design that reflects the properties unique personality. All procurement is done in-house using vendors that we have had relationships with for over 16 years. This ensures that our clients get the best quality products at the best prices.
Maintaining control of the purchasing allows us to stay current with inventory and delivery dates, which keeps the project on budget and on schedule. All items that are purchased and received are inspected and cataloged and PDG contracts with a local receiver and installer to do all the heavy lifting.
